It is watercolor on Masa (rice) paper crumpled, flattened, painted and then mounted on museum board.

- Welcome to Grace Notes.I am a multi media painter and teacher with concentration in watercolor and mixed media artist. I love the unpredictable quality of watercolor and never ending challenges of all media. I enjoy everything from realism to abstraction and experimentation. As a teacher i know that every piece is not a masterpiece but each offers its own learning experience. If you paint do you remember the very first one you did and how wonderful you thought it was?
